RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Everything You Need to Know

​Item must be returned within 30 days after the buyer receives it. The
buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
You must return items in their original packaging and in the same
condition as when you received them. If you don't follow our item

not receive a full refund.

Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a
refund from a business if the goods purchased are faulty, not fit for
purpose or don't match the seller's description.

If a buyer returns an item, it should be returned in the same condition
in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in
the original package. If the returned item is used, damaged, missing any
parts, or is damaged in transit because it wasn't packaged correctly
when the buyer sent it back, the seller might deduct from the refund to
cover the loss in the item's value.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

How We Do It

Shipping will be within 2 days of receiving the order. Goods will be
dispatched via normal post, expect 5 business days in metro areas.
